  4.   CME (Continuing Medical Education) Journal is a Visual Basic 3.0 
  5.   application requiring VBRUN300.DLL. The program is for use by physicians
  6.   and other health-care professionals who are required to take and keep 
  7.   track of CME. CME Journal tracks CME providers as well as courses, 
  8.   seminars and other activities that qualify for CME. CME Journal tracks
  9.   hours and cost information as well as comments about each activity. 
  10.   Activity can be displayed and/or printed by date or by category for any 
  11.   date range. 
  12.   
  13.   Bulletin board services and other publishers may freely publish this 
  14.   shareware application so long as they do not interfere with the right
  15.   of the author to collect registration fees. All of the files listed in
  16.   readme.txt may be distributed except you must be careful not to 
  17.   distribute the file REGIS.TXT. This file is not included but is created
  18.   by the program when it runs. This file stores indiviudal registration 
  19.   information.
